Manual notes that may have been entered by Trade Desk staff.
Trading venue where execution originated.
Execution cost (price x quantity).
Questrade commission for orders placed with Trade Desk.
Liquidity fee charged by execution venue.
SEC fee charged on all sales of US securities.
Additional execution fee charged by TSX (if applicable).
Internal identifierof the parent order.
