Trending stocks

Trending Stocks is a screener, and your go-to area to find new trading ideas and opportunities.

To view Trending stocks in the Questrade Trading platform:

  • Log in and select Trading from the above menu.
  • Then simply scroll down and select the Trending tab.

Alternatively, you can select the Symbol lookup bar at the top of the page for a similar view.

Filter the trending tab by top gainers, most active, best rated or most rated. Learn more about a stock by viewing its Quote page. Here you can view a stock/ETF’s price chart, key statistics, news provided by TipRanks and more.

Please note: All companies and ticker symbols shown are for example and educational purposes only.

You can also find the trending stocks tab on our Questrade Edge Web platform for more in-depth features, filtering tools, and Buy, Hold, and Sell recommendations.

News

Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest investing news and updates related to your account positions. Head to the news tab next to the trending tab below the chart.

You can filter your view to find the information you’re looking for:

  • All daily news (All News)
  • Investments you own (My positions only)
  • Specific ticker symbols (By symbol)

When you select a news article, a window will appear with further reading and more content related to the headline. Depending on the news source, certain articles may be more detailed than others.
