What’s new
We’ve updated Questrade Plus with new benefits to help investors reach their personal and financial goals faster. Here’s everything we’ve added to Plus to make your moves count for more:

When will my new benefits be active?
If you’re already subscribed to Questrade Plus, your new benefits are active right away, with no action required. This means, starting July 29, 2026, you’ll start earning cashback on eligible US equity option contracts traded, have first access to Pre-IPO offerings (coming soon), and unlock a suite of lifestyle perks from MasterClass, Headway, and more. Starting August 1, 2026, you’ll also start earning a 1% match on net new RRSP contributions.
As an added bonus, if you’re subscribed to Plus between July 29, 2026 and July 31, 2026, you’ll earn cashback on all eligible US equity option contracts traded for the entire month of July. Your first cashback payment will be deposited on or before the third business day of August 2026; be sure to have an eligible cash or margin account open by then to receive it, and review the full terms and conditions.
Your subscription from July 29 to September 30, 2026
As part of our appreciation for our existing Questrade Plus subscribers, your Plus subscription is free from July 29 to September 30, 2026. No action is required and your monthly payments will automatically be waived; see our full terms and conditions.
If you decide to cancel your Plus subscription during this period, you’ll continue to receive Plus benefits until September 30, 2026.
What happens on October 1, 2026
Your subscription will renew at Plus’ new price of $19.99 per month plus applicable taxes; if you do not cancel your subscription on or before September 30, 2026, you will automatically be charged.
If you don’t want to continue your subscription, please cancel by September 30, 2026 by following these steps:
Log in to your Questrade account (web only).
Select Questrade Plus (opens in a new tab) from the left-hand menu, or go to Management > Questrade Plus
Select Manage access > Cancel Questrade Plus
How do I access webinars that used to be Questrade Plus-exclusive?

Is Questrade Plus still free for Reserve members?
Questrade Plus remains free as part of your Reserve benefits. If you haven’t signed up for Plus yet, you’ll need to activate it:
Log in to your Questrade account (web only).
Select Questrade Plus (opens in a new tab) from the left-hand menu or go to Management > Questrade Plus.
Select “Try for free” and follow the prompts.
During sign up, you’ll also need to select your billing option (either directly from your Questrade account or through a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card) but you won’t be charged for as long as you have Reserve benefits.
If you are already subscribed to Questrade Plus when you qualify for Reserve benefits, you will automatically receive it for free and won’t be charged for as long as you have Reserve benefits.
What happens to my free Plus subscription if I lose my Reserve benefits before September 30, 2026?
If you are receiving free Questrade Plus as part of your Reserve benefits, but you are disqualified from the Reserve program before September 30, 2026, your Plus subscription will continue but you won’t be charged as Plus is free for all Questrade customers between July 29, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
If you don’t cancel your Plus subscription before September 30, 2026, and you don’t re-qualify for Reserve benefits, you’ll be billed $19.99/month + applicable taxes on October 1, 2026.
How does the Questrade Plus RRSP match interact with my Reserve 2% RRSP match?
The Questrade Plus 1% match on RRSP contributions cannot be combined with Reserve’s 2% RRSP match. If you have Reserve benefits and are subscribed to Plus, you’ll receive Reserve’s larger 2% RRSP match on new contributions.
