Here are some of our training and development initiatives designed to support Questraders at every stage of their career journey.

Virtual sessions presented monthly by subject matter experts from across the organization, covering: our mission, vision, values, cultural initiatives, products & services, and industry-related knowledge.

Our Leadership Academy has a variety of Leadership training for different levels and helps equip leaders to live Questrade values, and have a high-performing, aligned, motivated and engaged workforce.

Coaching and mentoring sessions that allow for social and professional collaborative interaction with peers, role models, mentors, and coaches.

Training modules designed to help improve professional skills on topics which they feel are relevant to their professional journey can be taken by Questraders at a time that works best for them.

Our Education Assistance Program helps individuals receive support towards formal education and professional development.

Job assignments that “stretch” Questraders career development by placing them in challenging positions as they learn and grow.
