The Store of Value Season 1 Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. See below for full Contest details. Participation in this Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, these Official Rules.

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Store of Value Season 1 Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins 12:01 a.m. ET on November 2, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest consists of three components, each subject to these Official Rules: (a) a series of weekly draws (the “Weekly Draws”); (b) a single draw held on or about November 23, 2026 (the “Midpoint Blind-Box Draw”); and (c) a grand prize draw (“Store of Value” or the “Grand Draw”).

For the purpose of the Weekly Draws, the Contest Period is divided into eight (8) consecutive weekly periods (each, a “Weekly Period”), each beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET on a Monday and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Sunday. The Weekly Periods and the corresponding Weekly Draw Dates are set out in Schedule A.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry and who, at the time of entry, are new or existing clients of Sponsor (defined below) holding at least one Eligible Account (each, an “Eligible Client”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

“Eligible Account” means an individual self-directed Questrade account of the following individual self-directed accounts held with Sponsor: Cash, Margin, TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIRA, FHSA, and RESP accounts. Custom Indexing accounts are Eligible Accounts if they otherwise meet these criteria. The following are not Eligible Accounts: QWM accounts, FX accounts, joint accounts, informal trust accounts, and any account held by or for a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, formal trust, estate, investment club or other non-individual.

To be eligible to win a Prize, an Entrant must be in Good Standing on the applicable Selection Date and again at the time the Prize is awarded. An Entrant is in “Good Standing” if (A) the Entrant holds at least one Eligible Account that is open; and (B) none of the accounts held by the Entrant, alone or jointly, with Sponsor or with Questrade Wealth Management Inc. (“QWM”), each being a “Client Account”: (i) is restricted or suspended; (ii) is subject to any compliance or fraud hold; (iii) has any unresolved deposit reversal or chargeback; or (iv) has any unmet margin call or margin deficiency, or any debit balance in an account other than a margin account, in each case as determined by Sponsor based on its records and those of QWM, and (C) the Entrant otherwise complies with all conditions of the Contest and these Contest terms.

Despite the foregoing, the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of Sponsor (defined below), any Contest judges, and if applicable each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives are not eligible to enter or participate nor win a Prize (defined below) in the Contest.

Participation in the Contest does not affect an Entrant’s eligibility for any other promotional offer of Sponsor then in market (including any “GET” offer), and an Eligible Deposit may count towards both the Contest and any such offer, subject to the terms of that offer.

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND:

By participating in the Contest, each entrant (the “Entrant”) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Questrade, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Contest and the awarding of a Prize, including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in the Contest, an Eligible Client must complete the Opt-In described in Section 4(a), and may then obtain entries by the Deposit Method described in Section 4(b) or the No Purchase Method described in Section 4(c).

a. Opt-In

An Eligible Client must opt in to the Contest during the Contest Period through the Offer Hub on the Rewards and Benefits page of the Questrade website or mobile app (the “Opt-In”). A single Opt-In enrols the Entrant in the Weekly Draws, the Midpoint Blind-Box Draw and the Grand Draw. Only Eligible Deposits that Settle (defined below) after the time of the Entrant’s Opt-In, as recorded by Sponsor, earn entries.

Individuals who are not yet clients of Sponsor must first open an Eligible Account and complete Sponsor’s account-opening process, then complete the Opt-In, and then make Eligible Deposits. Existing clients must complete the Opt-In and then make Eligible Deposits.

b. Deposit Method

  • i. Eligible Deposits

“Eligible Deposit” means a deposit of new funds into an Eligible Account by (this list is not exhaustive): i. Interac e-transfer; ii. Visa Debit; iii. Online bill payment; iv. Pre-authorized deposit; v. Wire transfer; and, vi. Cheque deposit.

The following are not Eligible Deposits: (A) transfers between accounts held with Questrade or QWM; (B) transfers of cash or securities from another financial institution, whether in cash or in kind, made by account transfer request (“Transfers-In”); (C) interest, dividends and other investment income; (D) any cash bonus, reward, rebate, prize, promotional credit or other amount paid or credited by Sponsor or any of its affiliates, including any Prize under this Contest and any amount paid under any other promotional offer; and (E) any deposit that is reversed, returned, recalled, charged back or otherwise not honoured, and any entries earned on such a deposit are void.

A deposit “Settles” when the funds have been received and credited to the Entrant’s Eligible Account, as reflected in Sponsor’s records. For all purposes under these Official Rules, an Eligible Deposit is treated as made on the date and at the time it Settles, regardless of when it was initiated. To earn any entries, an Eligible Deposit must Settle no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026. Eligible Deposits that Settle after that time will not earn entries, even if initiated during the Contest Period. An Eligible Deposit counts towards the Weekly Period in which it Settles.

Eligible Deposits into any of an Entrant’s Eligible Accounts count towards that Entrant’s entries, as described in Section 5. Eligible Deposits made in U.S. dollars will be converted to Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the date they Settle for the purposes of calculating thresholds, entries and Prize amounts. Entries are calculated on whole dollars of Eligible Deposits; amounts of less than $1 are disregarded.

  • ii. Weekly Entries (Weekly Draws)

An Entrant who has completed the Opt-In earns one (1) entry into the Weekly Draw for a Weekly Period (a “Weekly Entry”) by making a single Eligible Deposit of at least $1,000 CAD that Settles during that Weekly Period and after the Entrant’s Opt-In (a “Weekly Qualifying Deposit”). Separate Eligible Deposits may not be combined to reach the $1,000 threshold. An Entrant may earn a maximum of one (1) Weekly Entry per Weekly Period, regardless of the number of Weekly Qualifying Deposits made in that Weekly Period. Where an Entrant makes more than one Weekly Qualifying Deposit in a Weekly Period, only the largest of them will be used to determine the amount of any Weekly Prize for that Weekly Period, as described in Section 6(a). Weekly Entries are valid only for the Weekly Draw for the Weekly Period in which they are earned and do not carry over to any other Weekly Draw.

Bonus Weeks: The Weekly Periods indicated in Schedule A as bonus weeks are “Bonus Weeks”. Weekly Entries for a Bonus Week are earned in the same manner, and are subject to the same conditions and limits, as Weekly Entries for any other Weekly Period, including the $1,000 CAD minimum for a Weekly Qualifying Deposit and the limit of one (1) Weekly Entry per Weekly Period. The only difference is the amount of the Weekly Prize, which for a Bonus Week is three (3) times the Matched Deposit, subject to the same maximum Weekly Prize of $50,000 CAD, as described in Section 6(a).

  • iii. Grand Draw Entries (Store of Value)

After completing the Opt-In, an Entrant unlocks entries into the Grand Draw (“Grand Draw Entries”) by making a single Eligible Deposit of at least $1,000 CAD (calendar day, in ET, on which the first such Eligible Deposit Settles being the “Unlocking Date”, and the largest such Eligible Deposit to Settle on the Unlocking Date being the “Unlocking Deposit”). Any Eligible Deposit that Settles after the Opt-In but before the Unlocking Date does not earn Grand Draw Entries and does not count towards the $1,000 minimum. Once unlocked, Grand Draw Entries are earned as follows:

(A) the Unlocking Deposit earns two (2) Grand Draw Entries for each $1 of the Unlocking Deposit; and

(B) Each Eligible Deposit, of any amount, other than the Unlocking Deposit, that Settles on or after the Unlocking Date and during the Contest Period earns one (1) Grand Draw Entry for each $1 deposited.

For example:

  • Eligible: an Entrant completes the Opt-In, makes an Eligible Deposit of $1,000 and, the following week, an Eligible Deposit of $250. The Entrant earns 2,250 Grand Draw Entries (2,000 + 250).

  • Not eligible: an Entrant completes the Opt-In, makes an Eligible Deposit of $500 and, the following week, an Eligible Deposit of $1,000. The Entrant earns 2,000 Grand Draw Entries; the $500 deposit does not count towards the minimum and does not earn entries.

  • Same day: an Entrant completes the Opt-In and, later that day, Eligible Deposits of $300, $2,000 and $1,500 Settle. The $2,000 deposit is the Unlocking Deposit and earns 4,000 Grand Draw Entries, and the $300 and $1,500 deposits earn 1,800 Grand Draw Entries, for a total of 5,800.

Grand Draw Entries are subject to Section 5.

  • iv. Allocation of Grand Draw Entries

Grand Draw Entries must be allocated by the Entrant, in whole entries, among the five (5) Grand Prizes described in Section 6(c) through the Offer Hub. An Entrant may allocate all of their Grand Draw Entries to one Grand Prize or divide them among any number of Grand Prizes; each Grand Draw Entry may be allocated to only one Grand Prize. Allocations may be changed after they are made, until the Allocation Deadline. Any Grand Draw Entries that remain unallocated as of 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Allocation Deadline”) will be automatically allocated to the draw for the Porsche Grand Prize. Grand Draw Entries earned from Eligible Deposits that Settle shortly before the Allocation Deadline may not be available for allocation before the Allocation Deadline and, if so, will be automatically allocated to the draw for the Porsche Grand Prize.

  • v. Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries

An Entrant who has completed the Opt-In earns entries into the Midpoint Blind-Box Draw (“Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries”) on the same basis as Grand Draw Entries under section 4(b)(iii), as follows:

(A) the Unlocking Deposit earns two (2) Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries for each $1 of the Unlocking Deposit; and

(B) each Eligible Deposit, of any amount, other than the Unlocking Deposit, that Settles on or after the Unlocking Date earns one (1) Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entry for each $1 deposited,

in each case only if the Eligible Deposit Settles no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2026 (the “Blind-Box Deposit Deadline”). Eligible Deposits that Settle after the Blind-Box Deposit Deadline do not earn Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries, even if initiated before it, but continue to earn Grand Draw Entries in accordance with Section 4(b)(iii). Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries are earned in addition to, and do not reduce, any Grand Draw Entries earned on the same Eligible Deposit, and do not require allocation.

For example, an Entrant who completes the Opt-In, makes an Unlocking Deposit of $5,000 that Settles on November 10, 2026, and makes a further Eligible Deposit of $500 that Settles on November 24, 2026 earns 10,000 Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries. The $500 deposit earns Grand Draw Entries only.

Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries are subject to Section 5.

c. No Purchase Method - Enter by Essay

An Eligible Client who has completed the Opt-In may obtain entries without making any deposit. This method is available in addition to the Deposit Method, and an Entrant may obtain entries through either or both methods. During the Contest Period, submit a mail-in entry request. To enter via this method, handwrite your first and last name, street address, phone number, email address, and the email address associated with your Questrade client profile, along with a handwritten 250 word or longer essay on the essay topic set out in Schedule A for the Weekly Period in which your entry is postmarked (each, an “Essay Topic”), on one or more plain sheets of paper, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Care of Contest Submission, 5700 Yonge St. Suite 1900, North York, ON M2M 4K2.

Each valid mail-in entry request will receive: (i) one (1) Weekly Entry for the Weekly Period in which it is postmarked; (ii) two thousand (2,000) Grand Draw Entries, which the Entrant may allocate through the Offer Hub in accordance with Section 4(b)(iv); and, (iii) if received by the deadline in (C) below, two thousand (2,000) Midpoint Blind-Box Draw entries. An Entrant may receive Midpoint Blind-Box Draw entries for only one (1) mail-in entry request, being the first valid mail-in entry request received from that Entrant by that deadline, regardless of the number of mail-in entry requests the Entrant submits. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry request per Entrant per Weekly Period, determined by postmark date. Where an Entrant qualifies for a Weekly Entry for the same Weekly Period through both methods of entry, the Entrant will receive one (1) Weekly Entry for that Weekly Period, and the Matched Deposit will be the greater of the Entrant's largest Weekly Qualifying Deposit and the deemed amount of $10,000 CAD; the mail-in entry request will still receive the Grand Draw Entries described in (ii).

To be eligible, your mail-in entry request must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by Sponsor (A) for a Weekly Entry, no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on the second (2nd) business day before the Weekly Draw Date for the Weekly Period in which it was postmarked, (B) for Grand Draw Entries, no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on December 28, 2026, and (C) for Midpoint Blind-Box Draw entries, no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on November 19, 2026. A mail-in entry request received after the deadline in (A)  or (C) will not receive the entries to which that deadline applies, but will receive any other entries for which it meets the applicable deadline. If the last day of the Contest Period is on a Sunday or Provincial Holiday, then your mail-in entry request must be postmarked the next business day and received prior to the applicable Selection Date.

Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines or suspects that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deceiving or using other unfair playing practices. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Neither the Sponsor nor its agents assume responsibility for third parties’ failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions pertaining to the implementation of the Contest.

Your entry may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, it is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules during the Contest Period. Entries that are garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, are void and will not be accepted. All essay entries must be original works of the entrant, must not have been produced using generative AI or any other external tools, and must directly address the Essay Topic for the Weekly Period in which the entry is postmarked, and must not reproduce, in whole or in substantial part, any essay previously submitted by the Entrant or any other person. Entries failing to meet these criteria may be disqualified in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Proof of entry submission or request does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, misdirected, delayed, postage due, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void).

5. ENTRY LIMIT, WITHDRAWALS AND ABUSE:

a. Entries

Entries through either method of entry are “entries” and individually, an “entry”. Except as expressly set out in these Official Rules, there is no limit on the number of Grand Draw Entries an Entrant may earn. Entries are earned by individual Entrants, not by account. An Entrant may participate using any number of their Eligible Accounts, and all Eligible Deposits that Settle in any of the Entrant’s Eligible Accounts count towards that Entrant's entries, except that a Weekly Qualifying Deposit must be a single Eligible Deposit into one Eligible Account. Each Entrant may participate under only one (1) Questrade client profile, and all of the Entrant's entries, whichever Eligible Account they relate to, are attributed to that client profile and are subject to the limits in these Official Rules.

Multiple Entrants are not allowed to share the same email address. Any entries obtained in excess of these limits, or obtained by using more than one client profile or by providing multiple sets of false contact information, are void, and the Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any attempted participation beyond these limits or multiple entries received from any person (including, without limitation, by providing multiple sets of false contact information) are void and they may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in these Official Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses, client profiles and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

b. Withdrawals

Any withdrawal or transfer out of cash or securities from any of an Entrant’s Eligible Accounts (including transfers to another financial institution and transfers to another Questrade account that is not an Eligible Account) that occurs after the Entrant’s Opt-In and on or before the Retention Date (defined below) will reduce the Entrant’s Grand Draw Entries by one (1) entry for each $1 withdrawn or transferred out (with securities valued at market value on the date of transfer), applied first to unallocated Grand Draw Entries and then pro rata across the Entrant’s allocated Grand Draw Entries. Grand Draw Entries will not be reduced below zero. A withdrawal or transfer out does not reduce or void any Weekly Entry, but reduces the amount of any Weekly Prize as described in Section 6(a). Any withdrawal or transfer out described above that occurs after the Entrant's Opt-In and on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on November 22, 2026 will also reduce the Entrant's Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries by one (1) entry for each $1 withdrawn or transferred out, but not below zero. This reduction is in addition to, and does not offset, any reduction to Grand Draw Entries.

For Grand Draw Entries to remain valid, reductions continue to apply to withdrawals and transfers out made after the Contest Period and until 11:59 p.m. ET on January 20, 2027 (the “Retention Date”).

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries and/or disqualify any Entrant who Sponsor determines has: (i) violated these Official Rules; (ii) used any other practice designed to obtain entries other than in accordance with these Official Rules; (iii) used multiple client profiles, accounts held by others, or funds belonging to others to obtain entries; or (iv) acted in a fraudulent, deceptive or abusive manner in connection with the Contest. Any Prize awarded to a disqualified Entrant is forfeited and, if already delivered or credited, must be returned or repaid to Sponsor, and Sponsor may reverse any Prize credited to the Entrant’s account.

6. PRIZES:

There are up to fourteen (14) prizes (individually a “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of the Weekly Prizes, the Blind-Box Prize, and the Grand Prizes described below.

a. Weekly Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded for each Weekly Period (each, a “Weekly Prize”). Each Weekly Prize is a cash credit to the winner’s Prize Payout Account (defined below) equal to the amount of the winner’s largest Weekly Qualifying Deposit in the applicable Weekly Period, converted to Canadian dollars where applicable in accordance with Section 4(b)(i), or, where the winner’s Weekly Entry was obtained through the No Purchase Method, a deemed amount of $10,000 CAD (in either case, the “Matched Deposit”), up to a maximum Weekly Prize of $50,000 CAD. Only the first $50,000 CAD of the Matched Deposit will be matched, and any portion of the Matched Deposit exceeding $50,000 CAD will be disregarded for the purpose of calculating the Weekly Prize. The approximate retail value of each Weekly Prize is up to $50,000 CAD, depending on the amount of the Matched Deposit. The Weekly Prize will be credited within seven (7)  business days after the winner is confirmed. For a Bonus Week, the Weekly Prize is a cash credit equal to three (3) times the Matched Deposit, up to the same maximum Weekly Prize of $50,000 CAD. For example, in a Bonus Week, a Matched Deposit of $10,000 CAD results in a Weekly Prize of $30,000 CAD, and a Matched Deposit of $20,000 CAD results in a Weekly Prize of $50,000 CAD.

Prize Payout Account. Each Weekly Prize will be credited, in Canadian dollars, to a self-directed Questrade Cash or Margin account held by the winner, either individually or jointly (a "Prize Payout Account"). A Prize Payout Account need not be the account into which the Matched Deposit was made. No Weekly Prize will be credited to a registered account (including any TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, RESP or RDSP).

If the winner holds more than one Prize Payout Account, the Weekly Prize will be credited to the first available account in the following order of priority, determined as of the date the Weekly Prize is credited: (i) individual self-directed Cash account (oldest, by opening date, if more than one); (ii) individual self-directed Margin account (oldest, by opening date, if more than one); (iii) joint self-directed Cash account (oldest, by opening date, if more than one); and (iv) joint self-directed Margin account (oldest, by opening date, if more than one).

If, when the winner is confirmed, the winner does not hold an open Prize Payout Account, Sponsor will notify the winner and give the winner the opportunity to open one. If the winner does not have an open Prize Payout Account by the end of the claim period in Section 9(iv), the Weekly Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in accordance with Section 9.

Withdrawal Adjustment. The Matched Deposit will be reduced, dollar for dollar, by the total of all withdrawals and transfers out of cash or securities from any of the winner's Eligible Accounts, as described in Section 5(b), made after the winner's Opt-In and on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on the day immediately before the Weekly Draw Date set out in Schedule A for the applicable Weekly Period, whether made before, during or after that Weekly Period (the Matched Deposit as so reduced, the “Net Matched Amount”). Securities are valued at market value on the date of transfer. Amounts in U.S. dollars are converted to Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the withdrawal or transfer. The Withdrawal Adjustment is applied to the full Matched Deposit before any maximum or multiplier, and the Weekly Prize, including for a Bonus Week, is then calculated on the Net Matched Amount instead of the Matched Deposit. A withdrawal or transfer out may reduce the Weekly Prize for more than one Weekly Period. It is in addition to, and does not offset, any reduction to Grand Draw Entries or Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries.

If the Net Matched Amount is less than $1,000 CAD, the selected Entrant will not be declared the winner of that Weekly Prize. Sponsor will instead select an alternate from the remaining eligible Weekly Entries for that Weekly Period, subject to the same Withdrawal Adjustment, until a winner is confirmed or no eligible Weekly Entries remain. Alternates selected under this paragraph do not count towards the limit on alternate selections in Section 9.

For example, an Entrant completes the Opt-In, withdraws $4,000 in Weekly Period 2, and makes a Weekly Qualifying Deposit of $10,000 in Weekly Period 3. If selected in the Weekly Draw for Weekly Period 3, the Entrant's Net Matched Amount is $6,000 and the Weekly Prize is $6,000. If the Entrant instead withdraws $9,500 after the $10,000 deposit but before the Weekly Draw Date, the Net Matched Amount is $500 and an alternate will be selected.

b. Blind-Box Prize

One (1) mystery prize, the contents of which will not be disclosed before it is awarded (the “Blind-Box Prize”), with an approximate retail value of $25,000 CAD. Sponsor will arrange and pay for delivery of the Blind-Box Prize to the winner at an address in Canada on a date and at a time coordinated with the winner, acting reasonably.

c. Grand Prizes

Five (5) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) are available, each awarded through a separate draw as described in Section 7(c).

Sponsor will arrange and pay for delivery of the Porsche, Pokémon, Birkin and Rolex Grand Prizes to the winner at an address in Canada on a date and at a time coordinated with the winner, acting reasonably. Sponsor may schedule the delivery or presentation of any Grand Prize to coincide with Publicity Activities requested under Section 12, including at a location in Canada selected by Sponsor. The winner must be present and show government-issued photo identification to accept delivery.

  • i. Porsche Grand Prize: One (1) 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 (992 II) (approximate retail value: $374,644 CAD). The vehicle will be delivered with title in the winner’s name and is subject only to the manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding its condition, mileage, or history. The winner is responsible for all vehicle registration, licensing, plates and insurance, and any fees payable on registration of the vehicle in the winner’s name.

  • ii. Pokémon Grand Prize: A set of three (3) PSA 10 graded Pokémon cards: (i) Mario Pikachu (2016 Japanese XY Promo, Mario Pikachu Special Box) (approximate retail value: $48,763 CAD); (ii) Luigi Pikachu (2016 Japanese XY Promo, Mario Pikachu Special Box) (approximate retail value: $24,120 CAD); and (iii) Latias & Latios GX (Full Art, Tag Team), 2019 Pokémon Sun & Moon: Team Up (approximate retail value: $21,920 CAD), for a total approximate retail value of $94,803 CAD. The cards are awarded in their current PSA-graded condition, and Sponsor makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding their condition, authenticity, or future value.

  • iii. Birkin Grand Prize: One (1) Hermès Birkin Sellier 25 handbag in Black Box leather with Palladium hardware (approximate retail value: $43,500 CAD).

  • iv. Dining Grand Prize: A two-night getaway in Ontario from February 12 to 14, 2027 (the “Getaway”) for the winner and up to five (5) guests, consisting of: (A) dinner for six (6) at Pearl Morissette on February 12, 2027 (approximate retail value: $2,690 CAD); (B) two (2) nights’ accommodation for six (6) on February 12 and 13, 2027 at the Diamond House and the Imperial Jade Manor at Kat Florence Hotel, each accommodating up to three (3) guests (approximate retail value: $14,660 CAD); and (C) reimbursement of Eligible Logistics Expenses, as described below, up to a maximum of $15,000 CAD (approximate retail value: $32,350 CAD, including maximum reimbursement). Each guest must be of the age of majority in Ontario. The winner may be asked to participate in Publicity Activities during the Getaway in accordance with Section 12, and any guest who appears in Content must first sign Sponsor's release as described in Section 12. The Getaway dates are fixed and cannot be changed. Any element of the Getaway not used by the winner or a guest is forfeited, and no cash or other compensation will be given in its place.

  • v. Rolex Grand Prize: Rolex Datejust 36mm Jubilee Mint Green Dial with Fluted Bezel (approximate retail value: $21,500 CAD).

Dining Grand Prize Additional Terms. Because the Getaway dates are fixed, for the Dining Grand Prize the response and Release periods in Section 9 are each two (2) business days, and if no winner is confirmed by February 5, 2027, the Dining Grand Prize will not be awarded. “Eligible Logistics Expenses” means the following costs actually incurred by the winner or a guest attending the Getaway, for travel or care that takes place between February 11 and 15, 2027: (A) transportation to, from and between the Getaway locations, including airfare, rail, bus, car rental, fuel, parking, taxi and ride-share services, limited to one (1) round trip per attending person and no more than six (6) persons in total; and (B) child care and pet care for the dependants and pets of attending persons, provided by a third party who is not attending the Getaway and is not a member of an attending person’s household. Eligible Logistics Expenses do not include food, beverages, entertainment, shopping, upgrades, additional accommodation or any other discretionary spending. To be reimbursed, the winner must submit, by 5:00 p.m. ET on March 15, 2027, itemized receipts or other proof of purchase acceptable to Sponsor showing the amount, date and attending person for each expense. Sponsor will reimburse approved Eligible Logistics Expenses, up to a maximum of $15,000 CAD (inclusive of taxes), to the winner only within thirty (30) calendar days after approval. Costs in excess of the maximum, or not approved, are the winner's responsibility, and any portion of the maximum not claimed is forfeited.

Approximate total retail value of all Grand Prizes: $566,797 CAD.

d. Prize Terms

The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is up to $991,797 CAD.

Approximate retail values are determined by Sponsor as of October 20th, 2026 and are not a representation of the price at which any Prize could be sold, or of its value at the time of award or at any later time. Sponsor makes no representation that any Prize will hold or increase in value, and no Prize is offered as, or should be regarded as, an investment.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred, assigned or otherwise altered, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any other costs, taxes, penalties, or expenses associated with the Prizes not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner. By accepting a Prize, the winner agrees to the publicity terms set out in Section 12 (Protection of Personal Information and Publicity Release).

An Entrant may win more than one (1) Weekly Prize, and a Weekly Prize winner remains eligible to win the Blind-Box Prize or a Grand Prize. An Entrant may not win more than one (1) Grand Prize. A Blind-Box Prize winner remains eligible to win a Grand Prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION:

a. Weekly Draws. For each Weekly Period, on or about the Weekly Draw Date set out in Schedule A, at 5700 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 4K2, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible Weekly Entries earned in that Weekly Period to select one (1) potential Weekly Prize winner (subject to satisfying the Prize claim conditions below).

b. Midpoint Blind-Box Draw. On or about November 23, 2026, at the same location, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible Midpoint Blind-Box Draw Entries to select one (1) potential Blind-Box Prize winner.

c. Grand Draw. On or about January 20, 2027 (the “Grand Draw Date”), at the same location, five (5) separate random draws will be conducted, one for each Grand Prize, each from the eligible Grand Draw Entries allocated to that Grand Prize, to select one (1) potential winner of that Grand Prize. The Grand Prize draws will be conducted in the following order: (1) the Rolex Grand Prize; (2) the Dining Grand Prize; (3) the Birkin Grand Prize; (4) the Pokémon Grand Prize; and, (5) the Porsche Grand Prize.

Each Weekly Draw Date, the Midpoint Blind-Box Draw date and the Grand Draw Date is a “Selection Date”. Only entries of Entrants who are in Good Standing on the applicable Selection Date are eligible to be selected.

The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible Weekly Entries earned in the applicable Weekly Period. The odds of winning the Blind-Box Prize depend on the number of eligible Midpoint Blind-Box Draw entries. The odds of winning a particular Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Grand Draw Entries allocated to that Grand Prize, including Grand Draw Entries automatically allocated to the Porsche Grand Prize under Section 4(b)(iv).

Once an Entrant is selected as the potential winner of a Grand Prize, all of that Entrant’s Grand Draw Entries allocated to any Grand Prize not yet drawn are void and excluded from the remaining draws, and are not reinstated if the Entrant is later disqualified or forfeits the Prize.

8. VERIFICATION

All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry or other information submitted (or purportedly submitted) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may review the account activity of any selected Entrant before awarding a Prize, including deposit, withdrawal and transfer history, to confirm that entries were earned in accordance with these Official Rules

9. SELECTED ENTRANT PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS:

A selected Entrant is not a winner of a Prize unless and until the selected Entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning entry have been verified and the selected Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

Selected Entrant(s) will be notified by email at the email address associated with the Entrant’s Questrade client profile. In order to be declared a Prize winner, selected Entrant(s) must: (i) respond to the notification of selection within three (3) business days of the first attempt by Sponsor; (ii) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise; (iii) sign and return to Sponsor, within three (3) business days of it being sent by Sponsor, a written declaration and release form, releasing the Promotion Entities from any liability in connection with this Contest or the use, misuse, awarding or possession of any prize (the “Release”); (iv) be able to claim the Prize within 30 business days from the notification date in 9(i), (v) be in Good Standing at the time the Prize is awarded and delivered; (vi) satisfy the Retention Condition in Section 5, if applicable; (vii) for a Grand Prize or the Blind-Box Prize, participate in any Publicity Activities requested under Section 12; (viii) for a Weekly Prize, have a Net Matched Amount of at least $1,000 CAD under Section 6(a); and (ix) otherwise comply with these Official Rules. Delivery of the Porsche Grand Prize may occur after the 30-business-day claim period.

Return of any Prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected Entrant or failure of selected Entrant to respond to the notification within three (3) business days of the first attempt by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), Release, or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of a Prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible Entrant for the forfeited prize in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. This process will be repeated up to three (3) times after which point, if a winner cannot be declared, the Prize will not be awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any.

10. RIGHT TO VOID / TERMINATE / SUSPEND / MODIFY:

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or modify this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may exercise these rights for any reason including, but not limited to: (a) any factor that interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules;  (b) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures;  (c) to ensure the fairness, integrity, and proper conduct of the Contest; (d) to adhere to any changes in any applicable laws or regulations; or (e) any other reason deemed necessary or appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, violates the Official Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES:

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ANY OF ITS ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, PUBLICITY, PRODUCTION, AND JUDGING AGENCIES AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIM, LOSS, EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR THE AWARDING, ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor, Contest judges and the Promotion Entities, and any of Sponsor's other suppliers or contractors, shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information that is caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest; (b) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, service provider, on-line systems, telephone networks or telephone lines, or any other connections; (c) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) any problems with, or malfunctions or failures of, telephone networks or lines, computers or computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (e) failure of any e-mail to be received by or from the Contest judges or Sponsor for any reason, including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof or technical incompatibility; (f) damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) occasioned by participation or downloading of materials related to this Contest; (g) printing, distribution, programming or production errors, and any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (h) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY RELEASE:

Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest, together with account and transaction information Sponsor holds about you (including deposit, withdrawal and transfer activity), for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. Personal information may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliates within the Questrade Financial Group, prize fulfillment vendors, and judging or administrative service providers engaged to support the Contest.

Sponsor may publicly announce the results of each Weekly Draw on its organic social media channels and other owned channels. Announcements will include only the winner’s city or general location and the Prize amount, and will not include the winner’s name, photo, account information or any other personally identifiable information. Where Sponsor considers that naming the winner’s city could identify the winner, Sponsor will use a broader region (such as the province). By participating, Entrants consent to this use and disclosure.

To claim a Grand Prize or the Blind-Box Prize, the winner will be required to sign a Release, in which the winner agrees to Sponsor that they may use and disclose their personal information including use of their name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, without further compensation or notice, and releases Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any liability with respect thereto.

Publicity Activities. As a condition of receiving a Grand Prize or the Blind-Box Prize, the winner must, if requested by Sponsor, participate in filming, photography, audio recording and interviews in connection with the Contest, including at the presentation, delivery or redemption of the Prize (collectively, “Publicity Activities”). Whether, when, where and how any Publicity Activities take place is at Sponsor's discretion, provided that Sponsor will give the winner reasonable advance notice. Sponsor will pay the winner’s reasonable travel costs to attend any Publicity Activities held more than 50 km from the winner’s residence. Sponsor is not obliged to conduct any Publicity Activities or to use any resulting Content (defined below). A winner who refuses or fails, without reasonable excuse, to participate in requested Publicity Activities may be disqualified and the Prize forfeited in accordance with Section 9.

All photographs, video, audio and other recordings and materials created in connection with the Publicity Activities or the Contest, including any statements made by the winner (the “Content”), are and will remain the sole property of Sponsor. To the extent the winner has any copyright, performer's rights or other rights in the Content, the winner assigns them to Sponsor and waives, in favour of Sponsor and its successors, assigns and licensees, all moral rights in the Content. Sponsor may edit, adapt and use the Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, approval or compensation. The winner will not be asked to make any statement about Sponsor or its products or services that does not reflect the winner’s honest opinion, and any such statement used by Sponsor will be identified as made by a Contest winner.

Any guest or other person who accompanies the winner in connection with a Prize or appears in Content at the winner’s invitation must sign Sponsor's release, including the consents in this Section 12, before participating in any Publicity Activities. Sponsor may exclude from Publicity Activities any person who does not do so.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. To read the Privacy Policy, visit: https://www.questrade.com/disclosure/privacy-policy-and-security.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor, Contest judges and the Promotion Entities have not made, with respect to each of their own products/services provided as a prize or part thereof (if applicable), any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to a Prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. GOVERNING LAW:

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Toronto.

15. SEVERABILITY:

If any term or condition of these Contest Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability will attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions in these Contest Rules will continue in full force and effect.

16. LANGUAGE DISCREPANCY:

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
