About the Technology The Questrade AI Assistant (the "Assistant") is an informational feature provided by Boosted.ai. It appears on the trading platform under the name “Intelligence”. The Assistant utilizes generative artificial intelligence and large language models to analyze market data and respond to queries.

Informational Nature and Accuracy The Assistant provides general market information and educational content. It is intended for good faith usage by you solely for the purpose of supporting investment research. Because generative artificial intelligence is probabilistic in nature, the following limitations apply:

• Potential for Error: AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent with underlying data.

• Verification Requirement: All information provided by the Assistant requires independent verification. Users of the feature must evaluate the accuracy of any response through their own human review and by consulting official sources, such as prospectuses, financial filings, or Questrade’s primary trading platforms.

• Data Timing: Market analysis and data provided through the Assistant may be subject to delays and may not reflect real-time market conditions.

No Investment Recommendations The Assistant does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Responses are not tailored to any individual’s specific financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. No information generated by the Assistant constitutes a recommendation or solicitation by Questrade or its technology providers to buy, sell, or hold any security or to follow any particular investment strategy.

Manual Order Execution Only The Assistant is a standalone information tool and is not connected to Questrade’s order execution or trading systems. The Assistant cannot execute trades or investment actions. All trading activity must be performed manually by the user through standard Questrade platform tools.

Prohibited Uses To protect the proprietary technology and data integrity of the Assistant, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the underlying technology or software logic.

• Using the Assistant or its responses to develop or train any competing product or third-party artificial intelligence models.

• Utilizing automated systems, such as "bots" or "scrapers," to extract data from the Assistant.

• Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices, watermarks, or citations provided within the Assistant's responses.

Data Processing and Privacy In order to generate responses, queries and interactions are processed by third-party infrastructure and model providers, including Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, and Anthropic. While Questrade and its providers implement industry-standard security safeguards, sensitive personal information—such as Social Insurance Numbers (SIN), account passwords, or banking credentials—should never be entered into the Assistant.

Warranties and Liability The Assistant is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Questrade and its technology providers (including Boosted.ai) disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Boosted.ai is an intended third-party beneficiary of these disclosures and has the legal right to enforce the limitations and restrictions set forth herein.

Termination of Access Questrade reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Assistant without prior notice if, in Questrade’s sole judgment, you breach any of the terms, restrictions, or usage guidelines set forth in these Disclosures. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Misuse of the Assistant, including any attempt to use the AI in bad faith or for purposes other than supporting investment research.

• Violation of any provision within the Prohibited Uses section of these Disclosures.

• The publication, distribution, or dissemination of any outputs generated by the Assistant in a manner that is harmful, deceptive, or damaging to the Questrade brand, its reputation, or its affiliates.

• Any use of the Assistant for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
