We confirm that by opening an account for you, we do not agree to submit and attorn to any other provincial jurisdiction with respect to any disputes which may arise out of our actions or conduct in relation to your account(s) notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in any contract, agreement or document executed by you at the time your account is opened or at any time thereafter. You must attorn to Ontario’s jurisdiction if you are a resident of any other province or territory outside of Ontario.
