Sweeping redesign of client account statements secures Questrade top spot among full-service and direct brokerage firms in Canada
Toronto, ON: “How am I doing?” That’s the number one question Canadians have when looking at their financial statements. According to Dalbar, in their recent survey Trends & Best Practices in Investor Statements, Questrade clients are among the few in Canada to actually get the answer to that question with critical details such as account activity, fees and expenses, and that all-important question: rate of return.
As part of the survey, Dalbar ranked Questrade in the #1 position for investor statements compared to all other direct access brokerages in Canada. Questrade also secured #1 position for direct and full-service brokerages (combined).
