Your Questrade Plus subscription includes exclusive perks to help you improve your wellbeing. This article explains how to find and activate each of these perks.

How do I view all the exclusive benefits I have access to?
Log in to your Questrade account (web only).

How do I redeem my Headway subscription?
Log in to your Questrade account (web only).

Click on Activate
Click the link to go to the partner’s website
Create your Headway account

To attend your classes and to use the saunas, visit one of Othership’s 2 locations in Toronto (110 Bloor St. W and 425 Adelaide St. W). The Othership Breathwork app can be used on your mobile device, in any location.
How do I claim my free Guided Breathwork app subscription?

Click on Activate and copy your member code

Create an account in the app with your email.

How do I claim my free Othership class?

Gigs eSIM
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card. eSIMs allow you to connect to networks around the world without having to put a new physical SIM card in your phone. With Questrade Plus, you get access to an eSIM with an included 10GB of data available to use in 160+ destinations around the world.
How do I redeem my Gigs eSIM?
Log in to your Questrade account (web only).
Select Questrade Plus (opens in a new tab) from the left-hand menu, or go to Management > Questrade Plus
Scroll down to your Perks section and select Gigs
Click on Activate
Scan the QR code on the device you want to connect or add manually using the link provided.
Connect to Wi-Fi during setup, then you’re live in 160+ destinations
How much data do I have and what happens when I use it all?
You’ll get 10GB of data to use; once you use it all, you’ll no longer have access to data on that eSIM.
How can I track how much data I’ve used?
You can track your data usage from your Questrade account on the same page where you activated your Gigs eSIM perk:

Where can I use my data?
You can use your data in 160+ destinations; for a full list of destinations covered, click here (opens in a new tab). Please note: you won’t be able to use your eSIM in Canada.
Is my phone eSIM compatible?
Most newer smartphones support eSIM (devices must be carrier unlocked). Generally:
iPhones: Models released in the last 6 years (from iPhone XR and newer).
Samsung Galaxy: Most models from S21 onwards.
Google Pixel: From Pixel 4a and newer.
Other Brands: Many flagship models from OnePlus, Xiaomi, and other major brands.
To check compatibility:
Option 1: Go to your phone’s Settings > Mobile Network > Add eSIM. If you see this option, your device is eSIM compatible.
Option 2: Visit the Manufacturer’s Compatibility Page for the latest information.
